The Division activities cover the day-to-day management of client facilities to the highest professional standards, utilizing the most efficient and cost-efficient methods. Al Qussie International’s Maintenance Division has the capability to manage facilities of any size and complexity with the highest standards in the industry.

Our mission is to provide best value for total Facilities Management Integrated service to our clients by establishing and implementing an efficient and cost effective plan to prolong the life of assets and facilities with an aim to achieve and optimum quality/cost ratio.

Our strategy is to get a Facilities Management team involved at the design and construction stages to provide their input from Facilities Management perspective, to prepare for a seamless transition to the operation stage, and to ensure smooth and efficient operation and maintenance of the facilities.
